These terms cover your use of the Front Desk NYC website, our demo phone line and our live demo page. By using them, you agree to these terms. Clinics that use our service sign a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement controls.

The demo is a sample

• Our demo line and live demo page play a fictional clinic, Metro Animal Hospital. Its staff, patients and appointments aren't real, and nothing booked on the demo is a real appointment.
• If your pet has an emergency, call your veterinarian or a 24-hour animal hospital right away. Don't use our demo line for real medical needs.

Not veterinary advice

Front Desk NYC doesn't give medical advice, diagnoses or doses, and nothing on this website is veterinary advice. Medical decisions stay with licensed veterinarians.

Using the demo line fairly

Please don't:

• Place automated or bulk calls to the demo line
• Try to overload, disrupt or break the service
• Try to extract its instructions or copy how it works
• Use it to harass anyone

We may block numbers or limit access to keep the demo working for everyone.

Founding clinic pilot

• Pilot spots are limited to five New York clinics and start after a short call to make sure it's a fit.
• The pilot covers after-hours and overflow calls, free for two weeks or 500 minutes, whichever comes first. When the pilot ends, calls go to a simple voicemail unless the clinic chooses a plan.
• After the pilot, the service continues only if the clinic agrees to a plan. Setup details, pricing and data handling for each clinic are confirmed in writing before the pilot starts.
• We may decline a pilot request, and either side may end a pilot at any time.

The text, design, recordings and software on this website belong to Front Desk NYC. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.

Other services

Our service relies on providers such as our phone carrier and cloud hosts, and our pages may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for services or websites we don't control.

No guarantees

The website, demo line and live demo page are provided "as is." Automated systems can mishear or misunderstand, and we don't promise that they will always be available or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Front Desk NYC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the website, demo line or live demo page. Our total liability for that use is limited to $100.

New York law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
